Recognising a need for cost effective coaching solutions to introduce managers to the benefits and basic principles of coaching has led to the launch of our Coaching for Performance programme.

The Coaching for Performance programme includes a 1-day workshop and optional follow up coaching sessions to introduce and embed new people management behaviours.

The workshop is jam packed with theory and practice covering the following subjects;

How to coach – a model
Coaching practice
Using coaching at work


A one-off coaching session for all delegates that attend the 1-day workshop helps to embed learning and enables them to experience ‘real’ coaching themselves.

There is also an option to increase coaching sessions for delegates in the 12-weeks following the workshop at a discounted rate to our normal corporate pricing model. Follow up coaching sessions like these will help to ensure that investment in the 1-day Coaching for Performance workshop is optimised, as delegates are held accountable to trying out their new behaviours and monitoring the results.
