If you’re looking for a fast solution or you prefer to work alone then the Online Career Centre could be just what you’re looking for.

Designed by a team of occupational psychologists it enables you to explore four key areas of your career planning and effectively creates a workbook that’s tailored for you.

On completion of each section, the tool creates a detailed report with self coaching questions and there’s also a summary report that you might use for career planning discussions with your manager.

Alternatively, you could have a telephone or face-to-face coaching session to discuss and explore the results for just NZ$150.

careerTALENTS

How much of your job is spent doing things that you love and you’re good at – or do you often get stuck doing things that you’re good at but you don’t enjoy? Explore the things that you’re naturally really great at doing, and find ways to do them more often.

Identifying what is fundamentally important to you at work is the key to identifying a rewarding and fulfilling career. If you most value MODESTY at work, yet are feeling unappreciated by your manager then some simple steps to highlight your achievements may result in deserved recognition.
