Career Caroline.
Caroline has had a successful
career spanning 15 years with a clear focus on corporate recruitment
and human resources in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. Caroline has
worked with both large and small organizations across a broad range
of industries. Some of these have included Consulting, Manufacturing,
Legal , Financial Services, Engineering and Retail.
Caroline’s focus is primarily recruitment, however she also has
a strong understanding of psychometric testing, career development and
outplacement and how these fit within the recruitment market. She is
a pragmatic problem solver with a high level of commercial awareness
and empathy. Caroline understands recruitment issues from all angles
as she been the Candidate, the Recruiter and the Client. This has helped
her to really see the bigger picture and provide relevant, practical
solutions that make a positive impact.

Balanced Caroline.
Caroline grew up on a sheep farm in the Wairarapa,
but immigrated with her family to Australia where she stayed for 20 years.
Her love for travel didn’t really emerge until her working holiday to
the UK turned into a decade of European adventures. She returned to New Zealand
four years ago, but not before taking a year off to travel around Scandinavia,
Eastern Europe and Latin America. Caroline is still an avid traveller, but
now she enjoys adventures closer to home such as tramping, kayaking and touring
the South Island.
Caroline’s great passion has been to work with people and empower them
to pursue their career goals. She has found recruitment as the vehicle to
do this and finds great satisfaction in assisting people to pursue what matters
to them.
