- Career Planning

You might feel a bit unmotivated by your career, stuck in a rut or wondering if there’s more to work than this. You might have ideas about how to progress by getting a promotion but you’re not sure how to implement them. You might be returning to work after having a baby and want to increase your confidence or get ideas about juggling your work and your home life. 
These programmes are designed to help you get clear on what you want and then take action to achieve it. Your coaching programme includes up to five coaching sessions, and our Online Career Centre (valued at NZ$112.50). You’ll learn valuable life-long skills to make career related decisions, explore what motivates you at work, understand how to market yourself effectively, get insights into what will help you to progress and implement more balanced ways of working.
Your investment starts from just $150 per hour for coaching and unlimited access to our library of over 100 self help resources.
Coaching can be done over the phone if you don’t live in Christchurch, New Zealand or in our office located in the heart of the city.

- Executive & In Business Coaching

Our most popular coaching programmes target leaders and senior managers who want to get more from their teams or spend time working on their own personal development.
We also provide coaching programmes to clients that have been referred by their business for a range of reasons including; performance improvement, enhanced communication or motivation and work-life balance.
In all cases, we work closely with the business to understand the expected outcomes of both the business and the client, ensuring that the coaching programme has appropriate results for both.
Using a range of tools and techniques we work with our clients to agree goals and measures to enhance performance at work and then provide the challenge, motivation and encouragement to achieve them.
We have also developed a one-day workshop for leaders to introduce them to the benefits of coaching as a management tool – for example increased employee engagement at work and improved productivity. READ MORE

Company restructures often result in the loss of jobs for certain employees and our coaching programmes have been carefully designed to provide support when it’s needed the most.
Onsite support can be provided for the duration of ‘the announcement’ – the moment when your employees hear about the plans for the business. This is the time when immediate reactions can be gauged and likely support programmes can be suggested.
One to one coaching ensures that you know your employees are in capable hands as they transition through their employment with you, and into a new job or a new career.
Coaching sessions focus on managing personal change, reviewing career motivators, identifying skills, considering career options, CV review, interview preparation, self confidence, researching jobs and networking.
Redundancy programmes all include our Online Career Centre and prices start at NZ$1,500 which includes our online career centre, CV review, Keep Your Cool workbook and two coaching sessions.

- Manager As Coach Training

Recognising a need for cost effective coaching solutions to introduce managers to the benefits and basic principles of coaching has led to the launch of our Coaching for Performance programme.
The Coaching for Performance programme includes a 1-day workshop and optional follow up coaching sessions to introduce and embed new people management behaviours.
The workshop is jam packed with theory and practice covering the following subjects;
Coaching as a tool for managers The core tools for coaching The evolution of coaching at work Why to coach – a model How to coach – a model Coaching practice Using coaching at work
A one-off coaching session for all delegates that attend the 1-day workshop helps to embed learning and enables them to experience ‘real’ coaching themselves.There is also an option to increase coaching sessions for delegates in the 12-weeks following the workshop at a discounted rate to our normal corporate pricing model. Follow up coaching sessions like these will help to ensure that investment in the 1-day Coaching for Performance workshop is optimised, as delegates are held accountable to
