Management Training

Globally there is plenty of healthy debate about whether it is appropriate for managers and leaders to become fully fledged coaches, but one thing is for sure – it’s essential that they have the capability to engage in coach-like discussions at work, in order to encourage accountability and responsibility for personal action across their team.

Kathryn has previously worked with the New Zealand Institute of Management to design Manager as Coach training programmes, and has also built a series of People Skills Workshops to ensure that she is contributing directly to the development of leadership capability in New Zealand.

Workshops can be tailored for your organisation at minimal cost, or new workshops can be designed if there’s a specific subject that you’d like to cover.

Workshops are all highly participative and engaging – with plenty of practical tools, BINGO moments, and handy resources to take away like the eBook Essential Questions to GROW Your Team.

Kathryn is proud to be a key facilitator and coach for Organisation Development Institute http://www.odi.org.nz/ providing targeted training and coaching for businesses.

Essential Questions to GROW Your Team – is an eBook which has been published to enable leaders have more effective discussions with their teams at work which has been endorsed by Graham Alexander, inventor of the globally renowned GROW coaching model. It has been built around a one-day introduction to coaching skills workshop.
