Kathryn trained our staff in how to have coaching conversations at work. It was truly excellent and has made a hugely positive contribution to a positive performance review process. She is an excellent trainer and writer, and is particularly skilled at reading the needs of individuals and the group then pitching her challenges at the right level. She has also worked one to one with many of our staff - they highly recommend her as a coach.
- AlysonThe one day coaching skills for managers programme has enabled us to introduce the benefits of coaching skills across a variety of non-profit organisations.
